About Dianna
Dianna McWhorter came to real estate later in life, after a career built around connecting people across borders, industries, and life stages.

Before real estate, Dianna ran a textile company that connected South American factories with US manufacturers, partly inspired by her own family. She and her husband adopted a son from Peru, and the business became a way to give back to the country that had given her so much.
She spent years in the hospitality industry and in professional meeting planning before a friend's husband suggested real estate. Dianna passed on four Keller Williams offices before finding one with the culture she was looking for.
Dianna did not fall into real estate. She came to it from a lifetime of caring about people across borders, industries, and life stages.
That history explains everything that shows up in her reviews: the patience, the resourcefulness, the ability to stay calm in complicated situations, and the genuine investment in the families she serves. It also explains why her clients keep coming back, refer their siblings and parents, and call her family.
Dianna is a REALTOR® and the CEO of North Georgia Property Experts, a real estate practice affiliated with Keller Williams North Atlanta. Before real estate, she built a career connecting people across borders and industries, which shapes how she guides relocation clients. She has more than a decade in real estate. She is based in Buford, Georgia, and serves the North Atlanta suburbs: Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell, Cumming in Forsyth County, Johns Creek, Woodstock, and the surrounding North Georgia communities. Her practice is built around four kinds of moves: relocating families arriving from out of state, empty nesters and retirees who are downsizing, adult children settling an inherited family home, and first-time buyers putting down their first set of roots.
She holds the SRS, e-Pro, RENE, PSA, and AHWD designations, and she is licensed in Georgia as license number 367330. She is also the author of the book Time to Downsize: A Framework for Homeowners Ready for Simpler, written for homeowners weighing whether the house still fits the life they are living now.
Every family Dianna works with moves through the same five stages: Reach Out, Orient, Open Doors, Take Care, and Stay Connected. It starts with a conversation rather than a listing search, spends real time on where a family will actually feel at home, and does not end at closing. Staying connected is the part most agents skip, and it is the reason her clients refer their siblings and parents years later.
Patience built over decades, not over a single career. Cross-cultural empathy from years of connecting people across borders. A hospitality background that trained her to anticipate what people need before they ask. Family-first values, lived through international adoption and a 20+ year marriage. Discernment, shown by walking away from four brokerages before finding the right fit.
